The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: your name, email address and message. Information shared through Google Calendar or direct email may also include details about your project.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data required to detect abuse, including browser, device and connection information. The website does not retain the Turnstile token after validation.

This website uses no tracking cookies or advertising tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookie-free traffic statistics to measure general usage and identify performance issues.

When you arrive through a link with a recognized source (LinkedIn, Facebook, X or Gmail), the site records that first source and landing page in aggregate, to understand where traffic comes from. The first recognized source is stored in the browser for up to 30 days and is not replaced by a direct visit. Names, email fields, messages, security tokens and IP addresses are not sent with these statistics.

3. Purposes

The information you provide is used exclusively to:

• Provide an estimate or project follow-up
• Measure general website usage and traffic origin through cookie-free statistics

Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Third-party services

The website, contact form and appointment booking involve Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile and cookie-free analytics; Resend for delivering form messages by email; and Google Calendar when you use the appointment link. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Information received through the form, email or appointment booking is retained only as long as needed to process the request and follow the business relationship, for a maximum of 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you may access personal information held about you, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email ioangikwong@gmail.com. A response will be provided within 30 days.

7. Security

This website uses HTTPS, security headers, server-side validation, Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible anti-spam field and environment variables for secrets. Third-party services apply their own security measures. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
